"Survey Frustration"
In December 2016, Schwans reached out to me with my details to fill out a survey. I did it, only to find out they’d get back to me with more questions. But I kept getting emails asking me to keep going, and there were no new questions at all. I took my sweet time to finish it completely, and to this day, I haven’t seen any rewards or discounts come my way. I reached out to customer service to ask why I’m still getting these emails, and when I log in, there’s nothing else to answer. They told me, "you shouldn’t be getting any more, you’ve finished the survey."
